Christina W Kimball is a powerful coach for female leaders and entrepreneurs and founder of Christina is My Coach, a brand under The Kimball Brands, LLC.
Christina began learning about nutrition and health in 1998. She wanted to learn how to take control over her own weight health and was struggling.
Around 2006 she ordered materials to become a certified personal trainer and the first person she wanted to train was herself. As a lifetime struggler with her weight health and body image, she wanted to take control.
Fast forward 15 years and she was struggling more than ever. The diet roller coaster was never ending. In 2022 she became a health coach but the company she went through had a strict program that everyone had to follow. They were focused more on selling a product than meeting people where they were. They didn't recognize that nutrition is quite individual and she started to become uncomfortable coaching their process.
Christina researched her options for learning and growing as a true certified coach. She had some success with her own weight loss, but it did not feel like true weight health. And, you guessed it, her weight crept back up.
Christina is now on a solid path of breakthrough and true weight health. After facing imposter syndrome head-on, she has overcome and in 2024 was finally ready to support women in business and leadership to live their best life from a solid foundation, using a holistic approach, she calls The Abundance Framework. It's about true wealth and it starts from within.
Certified by Nutritious Life Studio in 2023 and earning her Master Certification in 2024, Christina specializes in evidence-based nutrition, holistic wellness + weight loss, and gut health optimization.
She is currently advancing her expertise as a Personal Trainer, and Holistic Weight Loss Coach.
